CRR Global has a core competency in developing effective instructional design in the areas of coaching, team effectiveness, facilitation, leadership development, and faculty development skills. CRR Global offers over 14 course curriculums in the above specialty areas, and has also custom designed dozens of in house trainings for corporations, government and non-profit organizations on a local and national basis.
Our flagship service is the organization and Relationship Systems Coaching program which is designed to teach coaching/consulting skills. We have developed and delivered this program in 8 different locations in North America and 13 locations abroad. Its delivery employs a variety of methods, including classroom, situational learning, online university, interactive distance learning and blended learning.
Our programs have been running continuously since 2001. Consultation on instructional design is one of our most sought after products as is our world renowned Faculty development (Train the Trainer) programs. For most of our clients, our programs are designed to combine both program development and delivery/implementation. However, from time to time, we are engaged to design and develop a customized program based on our core competency in Relationship Systems Coaching and Team Effectiveness. In this case, we play more of a support role to that organization in the implementation/delivery phase.
