Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai, CPCC, ORSCC

Prior to becoming a coach, Anne-Marie worked as an information and communications consultant to the EU in Brussels, where she managed multicultural teams writing news articles and reports about the EU policies. She also served as a speaker and presented the EU political agenda to groups of visitors from around the world. Prior to that she was a French teacher in London.

Anne-Marie currently coaches multicultural teams to leverage differences both in the EU institutions and in the private sector. She also works with organizations to navigate through change and move to their next level of growth.

She believes the ORSC model has the power to transform the way we are in relationship with self and with others. "ORSC helps us to become more aware of how we are in relationship and to become more skillful about how to create healthy and joyful relationships. As practitioners, it teaches us a wide range of practical tools to coach the relationship between individuals as a living entity. We learn to move the focus away from the individuals and to listen to something bigger, wiser, the voice of the system which holds the key to what needs to happen next. We get skillful at helping systems navigate through change, manage conflict, brake silos and become more creative and resourceful."
