Carissa Bub, MSc, CPCC, ORSC
Prior to establishing her own business ten years ago as a communication trainer and coach, Carissa worked as a broadcast journalist with the BBC. She then used the skills learnt as a professional to become a media trainer and then leadership communication coach, supporting leaders across the world to connect with their key external and internal stakeholder relationships. She’s also held roles in sales and marketing and public affairs serving as Private Secretary to the Ambassador of Israel in London.
Now Carissa primarily works with senior management and leadership teams in corporate organizations across industries, especially finance related industries. Her other niche is leadership communication, helping individual CEOs and heads of business engage hearts and minds of their key constituents including investors, clients, regulatory authorities and employees.
Carissa likes that ORSC provides a view of reality in which people can see the web of mutuality to which we all belong, to see the patterns, threads, hopes and fears that bind them to the world they are looking to change in some way. The model is intuitive, respectful, and organic.
Some of her clients include: Blackrock, Mars, UPS, Deloitte, McKinsey, Merill Lynch, Aviva, local, central and international government agencies, UK National Health Service (NHS), Modern Times Group (MTG), First Reserve Corporation General Mills, Starbucks, Morgan Crucible Group, and Edelman.
