Anne Rød, MA, CPCC, ORSCC, MCC
Anne Rød is an international senior trainer with CRR Global, and is keen to keep abreast of new developments, methods and tools in the coaching field. She is a certified ORSC coach and was part of the first group to go through the training in Europe.
Anne is also a Co-active Certified Professional Coach and was previously a trainer for CTI (Coaches Training Institute). In addition to being an NLP Master Practitioner, she has also taken the Co-active Leadership Program with CTI. Anne is certified to use Team Diagnostics, Q125 Values Technologies, 360 surveys and the Lifo Method. She is also sole licensee for itim international in Norway, providing training and consultancy in intercultural management and competence for intercultural teams.
Having worked in international PR and marketing for 20 years in Norway and the UK before becoming a coach and communication trainer, Anne has developed a broad understanding of international business with all its rewards and challenges. She has held various positions in business and academia, such as Communication Director at Norske Siviløkonomers Forening, Senior Faculty of Corporate Communication at BI, Norway`s largest Business School, and Communications Director, Ericsson, Norway. In 2003 Anne published a text book in Norwegian for students of organizational communication and PR.
Anne's primary niche is intercultural teams and organizations. She has developed and delivered ORSC based leadership programs for various international organizations. Her aim is to provide insights and tools which can ensure sustainable change in individuals and teams within organizations, and she has a broad portfolio of international clients.
Over the years Anne has created an international client base, with the main base in shipping, IT & telecom, and banking. Some of the clients Anne has worked with in her career are: Fokus Bank, Wilh Wilhelmsen Group , Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Spec Savers UK, Monier, Department of Justice (Nødnett), Department of Building, Telenor, Ericsson, Thales, Basefarm, and Cisco.
