Grace Flannery, ORSCC, CPCC, PCC
Grace is a coach, trainer, and consultant committed to developing excellence in leadership and relationship for personal, nonprofit, and corporate clients. She is founder and president of Leading Spirit, Inc., and a senior faculty member with CRR Global providing strategic services to leaders in the nonprofit and corporate sectors.
These services include executive and team coaching; retreat design and facilitation; trainings in leadership development, communication, systems theory and change theory; and curriculum design for training programs in a variety of disciplines. She is on the faculty of the California Agricultural Leadership Foundation and is a strategic contributor to Macadvisors, Inc., and Team Coaching International.
Grace is certified in the Co-Active Coaching model by the Coaches Training Institute, and in the Organization and Relationships Systems model by the CRR Global. She is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. She has studied World Work/Process Work with Arnold and Amy Mindell, and Entrepreneurial Skills with Entrevis. She also draws on her background as a student of physics and chemistry.
Grace’s area of focus is in providing coaching and training services for executives, management teams, boards of directors, and entrepreneurs. She is also skilled in curriculum design for leadership and coach training programs, retreat design and facilitation, management of coaching programs for executive and management teams, and integration of coaching with organizational development programs.
Recent and current clients include the Energy Foundation, Aepoch Foundation, California Agricultural Leadership Foundation, Agape Foundation, API Wellness, Bank of America, The Link to Children, The Center for Youth, Horizons Foundation, IBM, Physicians for a Violence Free Society, San Francisco Bay Area Physicians for Social Responsibility, and numerous private clients.
