Ronnie Ndlovu, ORSCC
Ronnie Ndlovu is one of South Africa's first two coaches to certify in the advanced ORSC methodology and be chosen for CRR's international faculty. As a top coach in the southern African region over more than a decade, he serves corporate, individual and non-profit clients throughout the SADC region. In addition to his ORSC qualifications, he completed a one-year Co-Active Coach training programme in 2007 with the Coaches Training Institute and is an expert in the use of the Enneagram. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has also completed a two-year programme on Process Work Facilitation based on Process Orientated Psychology.
Ronnie helps organisations and teams find alignment while maximising productivity and innovation. Recent clients in coaching and leadership development include Alexander Forbes, eNCA, Nedbank, South African Breweries, Pretoria Portland Cement (PPC), First National Bank, the University of Cape Town and the Development Bank of Southern Africa. Clients coached include business teams (from shop floor employees and their leaders through to executives), couples in crisis, and senior business and non-profit professionals and executives.
Execufind is the company Ronnie founded in 1994, initially focusing on strategic executive search. He has extensive experience in evaluating executives’ suitability, especially cultural fit, for roles in a wide range of global and local companies. A significant part of his role has been on-boarding of strategic hires, which includes coaching and integrating the new employee into their team. In the past five years, Ronnie has focused his coaching business more on relationship coaching in teams and executive coaching.
Prior to founding Execufind, Ronnie spent five years with CE International, a division of Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) as a Business Counsellor advising small businesses and not-for- profit companies on business strategy and implementation, and later head of Corporate Social Investment. Before that he was an accountant in a hospital in Philadelphia, USA.
